Vietnam Exhibition Summary

Sep 30, 2026

Our team recently attended the 24th Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City International Plastics & Rubber Industry Exhibition, a key regional event for the plastic packaging and converting industry. This exhibition serves as an important platform connecting packaging manufacturers, brand owners, converters and raw material suppliers across Southeast Asia. It offered us a valuable chance to meet existing clients face-to-face, explore new market opportunities, and understand the latest trends in Vietnam’s fast-growing packaging sector.

Vietnam’s consumer goods, food, cosmetics and household product markets keep expanding rapidly. Local brands and international manufacturers operating in Vietnam are increasingly demanding high-quality, durable and aesthetic packaging solutions. During the show, we introduced our core products: in-mold labels (IML) and thermal transfer printing films. Many visitors showed strong interest in our IML solutions for plastic containers, impressed by its scratch-resistant surface, seamless integration and premium visual effect. Meanwhile, our thermal transfer films attracted packaging converters looking for stable, high-definition variable data marking for roll films and flexible bags.

We had in-depth communications with numerous prospects. A lot of local packaging factories and brand buyers shared their pain points, such as label peeling, poor printing durability and unstable printing performance in high-humidity environments. We discussed customized solutions to fit their injection molding and packaging production lines. Direct conversations helped us learn local regulatory requirements, common material preferences and price expectations in Vietnam, which will guide our future product optimization for the Southeast Asian market.

This exhibition also allowed us to observe competing technologies and new packaging trends in Indochina. Sustainability and product anti-counterfeiting remain two major topics. More local companies are searching for eco-friendly label materials and reliable marking solutions to meet overseas export standards.

Overall, the 24th Vietnam Plastics & Rubber Exhibition was a rewarding experience. We strengthened partnerships with current customers and collected many promising leads. Our team is now following up with inquiries from the show. We remain committed to supplying reliable IML and thermal transfer products for Southeast Asian manufacturers. If you are looking for trusted packaging decorating solutions for your plastic containers or flexible packaging lines, feel free to contact us for samples and technical support.
